Far Infrared Heat Before Bed
An amethyst crystal heating pad at around 120°F in the evening sequence. The heat is doing the work; the stones are the part I'd be careful claiming anything about.
The protocol
- Amethyst crystal far infrared heating pad.
- Around 120°F.
- Evening, alongside the rest of the wind-down.

What I do
An amethyst far infrared heating pad at roughly 120°F, in the evening.
What I think is actually happening
Passive heating in the hours before bed has a reasonable case behind it: raising skin temperature and then letting it fall tracks the core temperature drop that sleep onset follows. That part I am comfortable with.
The far infrared framing and the amethyst layer are a different matter. Infrared is how the heat is delivered rather than a separate mechanism, and I have not seen anything that would let me claim the stones contribute something a heating pad without them would not. I use the pad I have; I am not going to build a story on top of it.
